For larger projects, we may conduct a preliminary feasibility assessment, ensuring your ideas are achievable. Next, we align on budget and scope, presenting a tailored design services proposal. Finally, after your review and any necessary adjustments, we finalize the agreement—setting the stage for a transformative design journey.

We begin by understanding the full scope of your project—conducting a home or site visit, scanning existing conditions, and researching local zoning and jurisdictional requirements. This phase ensures your budget, timeline, and design goals are clearly defined before moving forward.

This is where your ideas take form. We develop initial floor plans and spatial concepts, refining them with your feedback. Throughout this phase, we also begin ensuring zoning and code compliance, so your project stays on track.

We fine-tune your design, collaborating with structural, mechanical, and engineering consultants to integrate key systems. Every detail is finalized to align with the overall vision while meeting local building regulations.

We handle the permitting process, submitting required documentation and managing any jurisdictional feedback to ensure a smooth approval process—keeping your project moving forward without unnecessary delays.

During construction, we provide support and oversight, offering up to two rounds of RFI (Request for Information) support at no charge. Additional services are available as needed to ensure the final build reflects the original design intent.
