Jackson Street Residences

This speculative build in the City Park neighborhood of Denver was completed for a developer partner. This project includes two units in a duplex configuration. Detail was given to the open floor planning and flex spaces in each unit. A high level of craftmanship was intended to draw out warmth from the hardwood flooring and texture in the concrete and metal accents throughout. Each unit has a basement, main floor, and a top story for the master suites, as well as a rooftop deck. This project was completed while working at Work Shop Colorado.
