Franklin Street Residence

This warehouse modern, speculative build located in the Cole neighborhood of Denver, features a stunning multistory floating stair case upon entry. The intention of the design was to bring unique and naturally lit spaces into the home, all while giving a nod to the historical character of the neighborhood.  This house contains a main level with ample windows and outdoor patio space, a second floor with three bedrooms and a balcony, and an upper level with a flex space and a rooftop deck. This project was completed while working at Work Shop Colorado.
