41st Avenue Residences

This speculative build in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver was completed for a developer partner. This project includes two units in a duplex configuration. Located on an extra long lot, this project takes advantage of the extra square footage on the lot while still leaving plenty of room for private green spaces in front of the detached garage at the rear of the property. The living room for each unit has a glass garage door that opens up to the back porch and creates a seamless transition for interior to exterior. Each residence has a main floor, a second story with three bedrooms, and a top story with a flex space and a rooftop deck. This project was completed while working at Work Shop Colorado.
